To CT Pundits: DAOs are not synonymous with direct democracy any more than an LLC or S Corp. They are an organizational structure to help people organize and build in a new environment. The amount of snarky misinformation I see from people who should (and do) know better is wild.

As a follow up: anyone judging DAOs as a structure based on the number of entities managing the process poorly are going to be terrified if they ever look into brick and mortar small businesses. I don’t see them condemning LLCs because your local Mom & Pop is mismanaged.
