Wind-felled on an ancient Highland estate, timber from two centuries-old Scottish oak trees provided the wood for a single cask to create this rare, experimental maturation process #WhiskyWorks #blendedmalt

Our second modern experiment is Quartermaster, an 11 year old blended scotch combining malt and grain whisky with only 2,136 bottles available #WhiskyWorks #blendedwhisky

The Highland grain whisky was matured in Caribbean rum barrels, a portion was then finished in Pedro-Ximenez casks. Two Speyside malts, one matured in AWO and one in sherry were married with the grain whisky… keeping up? Did we mention we were experimental? #WhiskyWorks
