Thanks to everyone who visited us at LC Gym Swansea today. A special thanks to Sioned Cross Hands CFR || YCC Cross Hands for volunteering her time to demonstrate crucial life-saving skills like #CPR for babies, children, and adults, as well as how to help someone who's choking.

A special #Shoctober visit this morning to my old school Cwmrhydyceirw Primary with Amy, Welsh Ambulance Community Welfare Responder (CWR). It’s great to hear pupils say they’ve learned lifesaving skills through local clubs. Shoctober ensures all pupils have equal access #RightsoftheChild

Huge thanks to YGG Llwyncelyn #Porth for their warm welcome to today's #Shoctober sessions with my colleague Mark, Urgent Care Assistant. We encourage volunteers from all Welsh Ambulance backgrounds, to help pupils learn about the different roles & foster positive experiences 😊

Big thanks to Pontybrenin Primary #Swansea for a great #Shoctober morning! It was a pleasure working with Gary, Special Paramedic Welsh Ambulance. We were thrilled to see so many confident pupils doing #CPR, especially knowing they remembered what we taught them from previous visits.
