Sorry for the late update. I competed in the Lake Erie Masters T&F Meet and medaled in a few events. Here is a summary: 🥇LJ-4.59m (15’1”) 🥈1500m-5:39.67 🥇Discus-26.37m (86’6”) 🥈200m-29.98 🥇Javelin-35.17m (115’4”) 3 golds & 2 silver medals. Up next: 2026 USATF Nationals
