The entire NHS & social care sector has been destroyed under this government. After my surgery in March I am still on the waiting list to join the waiting list for physio & OT, I have a 2 week wait before I can have my newly approved pain meds put on my prescription too.

That's after a year waiting for the surgery & now 2 months to find out why it wasn't successful. With another year on top getting a surgeon to see me at all. I'm now entering my 3rd year of pain so bad it makes me faint but still not a priority. My next PosAbility Magazine column?

Dear Rishi Sunak I passed a restaurant the other day while I was working in one of my three side jobs (which I had to take on in addition to my main work as an NHS Nurse because of your refusal to lift the salaries above inflation) and I saw people sitting in there eating and

1000s of carer roles are empty & the number is falling These xenophobic not-so-bright “politicians” don’t realise that you cannot coerce British workers to do jobs they don’t want Incredible, & hardworking people from overseas WANT these jobs, let them!! mirror.co.uk/news/politics/…

If everyone who has been grateful for the NHS over the past 75 years followed and retweeted we’d reach a million by midnight. Please take just two seconds to show you care.

Once again your regular reminder that the entire refugee boats problem for the UK could be fixed within 24 hours if the UK government would accept the offer from France to open a processing centre on French soil. They want the boats to come, they want the gammons angry & scared.

Testing the waters here in Woking, even the swans are having second thoughts before diving into the River Wey. People are fed up with water companies pumping their filthy sewage into our communities, and the Conservatives are letting them get away with it.

The Conservatives' treatment of unpaid carers is a scandal. For years, those dedicating themselves to family care have been taken for granted. Ministers should support our invaluable carers, not treat them like criminals. It’s time they fixed the broken Carer's Allowance system.

As a carer myself, I know how rewarding it can be, but also how relentless and exhausting. The Government must fix the flawed and failing Carer's Allowance system as an urgent priority.
