There are labor shortages everywhere. Why don’t they try paying a living wage? Why work if the wage won’t even pay your basic bills?

If people have to fill out an application before finding out how much a job pays, they are being manipulated into taking less than they deserve. Companies hope that after you jump through all the hoops, you’ll just take what you can get. You deserve better.
