Formerly home to Four Seasons Hotels, WZMH designed 21 Avenue Road over 50 years ago. Today it’s been transformed into high-end residences as part of @Camrost’s Yorkville Plaza and includes a 40-storey glass tower at 200 Cumberland & a 11-storey boutique office building at 135 Yorkville

T3 Bayside (Phase 1) is nearing completion and looking terrific! Throughout the course of developing this unique building we've closely collaborated with many talented teams and are very pleased to have been part of this project.
