Black History Month Highlight 📖 Today we honor Frederick Douglass who celebrated February 14, 1818 as his birthday. Born into slavery, he escaped bondage and rose to become one of the world’s most powerful abolitionists, human rights leaders, and voices for freedom. #HHOMA

🌙 What is Ramadan? It is the holiest month in Islam, observed by Muslims around the world. From dawn until sunset, those observing Ramadan fast from food and drink as an act of spiritual discipline and devotion to God. We extend our respectful wishes to all who are observing.

HHOMA acknowledges all who observe Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. For many Christians, ashes placed on the forehead serve as a symbol of humility, repentance, and continual need for God’s grace. It is a solemn and meaningful moment to pause, reflect, and realign hearts.
