The 16-year-old male suspect is in custody and was taken to the police station for questioning, which is expected to happen tonight.

UPDATE: The driver who died in a head on crash on 3100 south Saturday night has been identified as 69 yo Peni Palei. Palei rear ended a vehicle then fled. He then hit another vehicle head on and was killed in that crash. Others involved suffered only minor injuries.
