Brotherhood grossed ₦328,926,120 and sold 145,198 tickets. It was the 2nd highest-grossing Nollywood film of 2022 behind Battle on Buka Street (₦668,423,056) & ahead of King of Thieves (₦320,805,150). It also holds the record for the highest Non-December release in Nollywood.
