Over 90,000 cases of in-patient neonatal #sepsis were reported in Uganda in 2016-2020 (UNIPH, 2022 ). Common signs include fever or low body temperature, increased sleepiness or lethargy, fast heart rate, rapid breathing, vomiting or poor feeding, confusion & body pain.

Last weekend, World Health Organization (WHO) joined Ministry of Health- Uganda in a marathon to raise TB awareness, launch Integrated Cast TB campaign to strengthen community health services, & mobilize resources for Iganga Hospital Multi-Drug Resistant TB Ward.
