LAFC is bringing in 29-year-old Brazilian defensive midfielder Jailson. He played last two years in La Liga for Celta Vigo. Before that, he had nearly 50 appearances for Palmeiras from 2022-23.

Small sample size, but the numbers show LAFC and Son are clicking. Son is putting up the best xG+xGA per 90 of his career at LAFC (it's the bottom numbers) At this rate, and with Son's finishing ability, you'd expect the goals to follow.
