This nutrition tip may seem obvious, but it's important and we often forget to do this throughout the day. Drink water. Your body needs the hydration in a dry climate like we have here in Arizona, and even more during a workout. Be kind to your body, keep it hydrated.

Try to limit your intake of sodium. About 90% of Americans over the age of 2 consume too much salt. This is important because a high intake of sodium can put you at high rick for heart disease and stroke. So next time you are in the store, check the sodium on the nutrition label.
