Go the extra mile when nobody is watching!

When you hear that God loves you and that Jesus wants to enter into a relationship with you, do you hold back? Maybe there are things in your past that you think, 'He wouldn't have anything to do with me.' But nothing you've done is beyond forgiving.

What worked in your life in the past may not work today. “If I do this and do that, God will bless me.” No, God wants to do a new thing, in a new way, with new ideas, bringing new talents out of you. He is always moving us forward!

The difficulties of the past are a strong reminder that life doesn't always go the way we think it will. Rather than be critical of yourself and what you think you lack, start celebrating yourself and all your good qualities. Remember what God has done in your life.

God says, “What I started in your life, I’m going to finish.” That dream you gave up on, God didn’t give up on. He remembers you, and He is with you, leading you and guiding you to the place of victory.

Don’t believe the enemy’s lie that God loves you according to your performance. You can’t work for God’s love; you can only believe and receive it.

Remember today, not only does God remember you, but He remembers the promise He placed within you. He knows what He’s destined you to do. You may have already said, “Forget it; it’s never going to happen.” The good news is that you don’t have the final say. God has the final say

Pursue peace and unity. Chase it down because that's where the commanded blessing is.

I’m so grateful that God loves us just the way we are. He doesn’t wait until we get ourselves looking good enough, until we somehow measure up to what we think we should be. God calls each of us into a relationship with Him just the way we are right at this moment.

It's easy to use our words in the wrong direction to try to control situations. But we need to be mindful of what we're saying. David prayed in Psalm 141, 'Lord, set a guard over my mouth. Keep watch over the door of my lips.'

God is not keeping a record of your faults. Sometimes we think He’s in heaven, waiting to catch us. “I saw that failure. I heard that comment.” No, God is not a faultfinder. He is full of mercy. He’ll show you favor that you don’t deserve.

You've heard the saying, 'Your attitude determines your altitude.' Your attitude has a direct correlation with your success. Someone with a good attitude sees solutions and feels as though they can tackle anything. How you see your life makes all the difference.

When you face a situation that is painful, is your first thought, “God, why me? What did I do to deserve this?” That’s viewing the difficulties in our life as a reflection of the way God loves you, which couldn’t be further from the truth. God loves us unconditionally.

You have seeds of greatness on the inside.

You can live in freedom today. You can get up in the morning and truly say, “God, I’m not going to condemn myself because I know there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus. I believe that You love me with an everlasting love.”

When it seems like everything is going wrong, too often, we think that it’s because we’ve done something wrong and God must be upset with us. But the Scripture says, “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” (1 John 3:1)

God’s looking for hearts that are turned toward Him, upon which He can pour out His favor. Then all the guilt and condemnation won’t have a chance. When you have a heart to do what’s right, that’s what matters to Him.

The apostle Paul says, 'Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God' (Philippians 4:6). Winning the constant battle over worry comes one way. He tells us to pray.

Fear will raise its ugly head in many forms, especially in all the things you think you lack. But remember what God said to Joshua, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9).
