Research matters! Las Vegas learned that the 3 tourist groups they needed to connect with were: those with highest travel intent but requiring safe experiences, the risk-taker frustrated with limitations, and the low-risk waiter. Thus, the #VegasSmart campaign. PRSAWesternDistrict
