Agreed!! I been fortunate enough to have know Mike since before he did his PhD. His immense talent was evident then and through his career of making many key discoveries in the field. Also one of the true gems amongst us.

! Stop judging a paper by its Journal's impact factor ! There is a less skewed way: the Relative Citation Ratio. The number of citations of a paper is normalised within that very specific research field.
