I’m not one to usually complain but- Never ever stay Tencreek Holiday Park! The level of cleanliness was unreal- beyond awful. Only stayed 1 of out 3 nights booked and they are refusing to give a refund. In the time of #coronavirus this is a serious health risk and totally unacceptable.

The toilet in our place was disgustingly filthy, also the taps with toothpaste on them. Used plasters,old tissue and an old sock under one of the beds too! Tencreek Holiday Park #coronavirus

Placed an order with Sainsbury's on 19.11.22 - it never arrived. I've spent hours on customer helpline with promises that a manger would call back.no-one has. Was promised a refund last Wednesday -never received. Had to call again today. Wasted HOURS!
