Ok folks, I’ve got some things to talk about. (Not about “that” - bigger stuff). Before I get pushed completely off this platform, let’s talk #oneVALPO and the idea of creating a community of belonging based on trust, authenticity, compassion, empathy.

I’ve got some time, let’s get together and talk. Do you have a group, a team, a staff, a business, a school, an organization that you think would be interested in such a discussion? Maybe a staff lunch, a retreat, church meeting, neighborhood group, podcast, school assembly?

Why not host a party, invite your friends, and we can spend some time discussing this? And then we dance! I’ve successfully addressed dozens of groups of all sizes, ages, settings already, and think we can have a meaningful conversation about making a wonderful community more.
