Sitting and doing nothing can be extremely difficult. Even when you have been practising for a while. Don’t be hard on yourself for finding it so. #mindfulness

Here is a mini practice you can do throughout the day to relax any points of tension or anxiety within your body. Make sure you take some time out today to take a walk, journal, cook, color, draw, exercise, read or anything that calms you or releases you from boredom 🙂
