I still don’t have the words. My brother has passed away this week. I am hoping he is now resting, no longer haunted by some of the darkness he felt. For me, he will always be the brother who tried to shield me as best he knew and could from my trauma. ❤️😢

#trauma has no bounds to whom it affects. We need to continuously find ways for our services and approaches to support all impacted, especially children.

Sadly a common correlation between bestiality and child sexual abuse #CSA . A shocking but true statistic that needs greater awareness and prevention for all.

Building #community with other #survivors was something that was extremely important to participants in my #Research , in the Active Recovery groups run at Southmead Project and my own personal piece of the jigsaw. Absolutely The Flying Child (CIC) the #impact of this is significant.
