The last stop of our tour with Harwinder Sandhu was at Ismaili Centre, Vancouver where we were met by The Ismaili Canada volunteers to learn about their outstanding work caring for Ismaili seniors including the Aging in Place toolkit in partnership with United Way British Columbia #HealthyAging
