FLOC is an organization that focuses on leadership development, community service, and introducing incoming freshmen to the resources UTA has to offer! We promote campus pride, aide in the adjustment from high school to college, encourage community service, and develop leaders!

This year FLOC will have three cohorts! While each cohort will learn about authentic leadership and how to be an authentic leader, each will prepare and develop your on their own, while coming together for numerous events and networking opportunities. DON’T MISS OUT! APPLY TODAY

Hey FLOCers! FLOC Debate is a new event that allows members to use their voice, listen to others, and discuss different topics every week. Join in through Teams every Tuesday from 3:30-5:00 pm! Can’t wait to see you all there!

Hey FLOCers! Zooniverse is a new service opportunity that allows members to help professional researches complete their research projects! Join in through Teams on the dates listed below from 6-7pm. We look forward to seeing you all there!

FLOC Art is back! This event includes getting together, whether in person or virtual, to color, draw, or paint while engaging in genuine conversation. Come to the Leadership Center at the University Center in room 180TH or join virtually through Teams each Thursday from 10-11 am!

FLOC Talk is back! FLOC Talk focuses on a specific show, with this semester being “Atypical” from Netflix, and allows members to discuss the show, controversial issues, and debrief after every episode. Join in Thursdays at 1pm through Teams. Can’t wait to see you all there!

FLOC Picnic is back! Join us every Friday from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Brazos Park, located outside of University Center. Remember that we will be following social distancing guidelines. See you there!
