This afternoon, #USCG crews from Station Yaquina Bay rescued 49 passengers from a disabled vessel experiencing excessive smoke in the Yaquina Bay bar. There were no medical concerns. The vessel was towed back to Newport. Full Release: tinyurl.com/3mat8ucd

#USCG and WA Ecology crews are responding to a sunken tugboat at the Bremerton Marina. Two levels of containment boom have been placed to prevent further damage. A safety zone is being enforced for boaters. Crews have been contracted to clean up the diesel/oil in the water.
