This year the #H2F Symposium added a new wrinkle, the inaugural H2F “Best in Class” Awards ceremony.

The awards recognized some of the best programs and initiatives from brigades throughout the U.S. Army!

The Office of the Sergeant Major of the Army discussed his goal for the Holistic Health and Fitness, #H2F , System which is for Soldiers to live the basics of the five readiness domains and bring them back home making healthier support systems for our war fighters.

This morning, the Office of the Sergeant Major of the Army discussed how the #H2F System must continue to evolve and for Soldiers to take all five domains of readiness into account, especially what he called the 'magic domain'.

The #H2F System when fully resourced will impact roughly 49% of the Active Duty U.S. Army. With the rebranding of the Army Physical Fitness School, and changes to POI, to the H2F Academy, the Army has begun training #H2F Integrators to support the U.S. ArmyReserve and National Guard.

Today kicks off the #H2F Symposium here at the City of Hampton Convention Center! U.S. Army Senior Leaders are here to discuss how #H2F is putting it's people first and increasing Soldier lethality!

The #H2F Symposium kicks off today! Over the next few days we will have speakers from across the Total U.S. Army to include the U.S. ArmySMA, the National Guard CSM, 81st Readiness Division Commanding General to speak on #H2F and how it is being implemented across the Total Army!

“This is historic, and I don’t think it’s lost on anybody how we bring the joint force together in order to get after it,” said TRADOC CSM after two Guardians graduated the Fort Jackson Drill Sergeant Academy.
