Yesterday, 5 April 2024, the state dropped charges against 6 UZ students, Benjamin Watadza, Emmanuel Sitima, Comfort Mpofu, Lionel Madamombe, Gamuchirai Chaburumunda, and Darlington Chigwena, who were arrested in May last year after a peaceful protest in Harare.
