Last week l had the pleasure of facilitating a session on Young People's Participation in Leadership and Governance Processes WELEAD TRUST. I emphasized the need for young people to develop capacity so that they become the leaders they wish they had!

Former Mayor of Epworth, Annah Sande spoke on 'Youth Participation and Leadership in Governance Processes' during our Harare #YouthPower #YouthReforms workshop. She encouraged youth to develop a strong sense of agency and exploit all their rights as inscribed in the constitution in sections 20 and 56.
