#EdTerp Ebenezer Mensah and UMD Public Health student Luke Kues will represent True Community at this year's Do Good Challenge.

True Community provides free CPR, AED and first aid training to expand access to lifesaving skills in marginalized communities, locally and globally.

.UMD College of Education's Cuba study abroad program, led by Assistant Clinical Professor Taylor C. Woodman, Ph.D., celebrates 10 years of facilitating student research in Cuba and building solidarity and academic exchange between U.S. and Cuban scholars: go.umd.edu/3U4Nu3s

A study co-authored by Assistant Professor Jing Liu found racial disparities in disciplinary referrals. Based on these findings, Liu and his colleagues suggested that classroom-management training could impact racial discipline gaps.
