Moscow is outspending Ukraine and its allies.

Foreign Secretary David Cameron was in Washington this week to make it clear: Ukraine can win, but we must increase our support to defeat Putin’s war machine.

Losing this war will cost much, much more than backing Ukraine.

Ukraine can win this war and achieve a just peace. But we must all, Americans and Europeans alike, do more.

Earlier this year two minehunter ships were transferred from the Royal Navy to Ukraine’s Navy.

Now named Cherkasy and Chernihiv, the two ships arrived in Portsmouth today ahead of a series of multi-national naval exercises.
