A box of 🇺🇦 chocolates I was given today by a dear 🇺🇦 friend. Tanks, air defence and missiles emblazoned on the front. If you don’t think the #Russianinvasion is affecting every part of Ukrainian life, take a good look.

For #mothersday2024 I baked these whisky spice cookies and gave them to my Mum. There’s enough whisky in those cookies to ensure a very happy Mothers Day 😊❤️

Really enjoyed tonight’s Ukrainian Institute London event on the future of 🇺🇦. Good opportunity to talk about how women are experiencing the invasion. Greater awareness of 🇺🇦 in 🇬🇧. And what it will take to push 🇷🇺 out of 🇺🇦 sovereign territory.

Really good debate and questions about 🇷🇺abduction of 🇺🇦 children and #sexualviolence attacks on 🇺🇦 civilians. These are tools of hybrid war and they need to be highlighted. Thanks to Chatham House for providing the forum to do just that.

Events like these need to happen because abduction, torture and sexual violence continue to be used as weapons by 🇷🇺in 🇺🇦. Looking forward to joining the panel.
