I have signed this. I also glanced at the actual judgement (150 pages). JG was found guilty of so many egregious acts - it is unfathomable why the sanction given was so light.

The most damning aspect of terrible behaviours from Consultants - it is always well known about. Nurses, colleagues, managers all know - the system is set up so that it is “best to turn a blind eye”. Lightweight sanctions are not a deterrent either 😡

Earlier this year I purchased new sunglasses with a brown graduated lenses. Not sure I have captured it well with my phone camera (and it has over-corrected the colour of the sky) but it gives everything a sepia tint, makes the world seem warmer & more beautiful!
