This morning marked a milestone when Dr Antonio Gomez, ZSFG Medical Director of Critical Care, became the first to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in SF. Dr Gomez has treated the most critically ill COVID-19 patients. This is an exciting development in our response to the virus!

Absolutely! Honored to have @jbullockruns as a colleague (and friend). The stigma of mental illness prevents docs from getting help. One of our goals as chiefs this year is to connect all our residents w/mental health appts in an “opt out” process to reduce stigma.
