Danny Vesprini Vedang Murthy Abhishek Solanki John Christodouleas Neil Desai Sean Collins Prostate SBRT @ USF Health Priyamvada Maitre Tony Felefly Chad Tang, MD Jeff Ryckman Tyler Seibert MD PhD Alejandro (Ale) Berlin Shahed Badiyan Elisha Fredman MD Three questions come up for prostate bed (at least for me). 1. Is SBRT safe long-term (let's say 6.5 Gy x 5)? 2. If 5 Gy x 5 enough for microscopic disease in the nodes, why is it not enough for the bed? 3. Why treat the bed at all and can come back if local only recurrence since

Our view: the balance of current evidence supports focal boost over brachy for #ProstateCancer #radonc intensification. But Drs. Chowdhury and Hoskin give another opposing opinion. Anna Dornisch gets a ton of credit for this article! What do you think?

Finally Managed to gather a fantastic bunch of KOLs from India 🇮🇳 Bangladesh Sri Lanka and Nepal. Discussed the nuances of PCa Mx. Plenty of friendly banter and leg pulling. Official APCCC South Asia. Paper with similarities yet differences from Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference coming soon.

DrKamrava Tyler Seibert MD PhD Anna Dornisch Non-randomized HypoFocal should not be used as an argument in this setting. Not comparable patient collectives and we learned a lot in the focal boost arm. In the following phase III trial tox seems much better

Tyler Seibert MD PhD Anna Dornisch Good points Tyler ▶️Nearly all local rec appear at the primary GTV. There should be room for de-escalation in non-GTV (trials needed) ▶️ Maybe focus on the (near) Dmin within the GTV and not to escalate blindly? Would also help with the rectumy ▶️We never use spacers
