It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that former Executive Director Jack Crump passed away on June 11, 2023. Mr Crump left a lasting impression on Texas County Jails that continues to this day and steered the Commission in the right direction when it was needed most.

Our sincere thanks go out to the Chief Deputies Association for allowing us to address your annual conference today.
