Tonight's Shine Bright Group Consultations session is about 'relationships'. 🧑‍💻

Participants have provided such positive feedback from the first two sessions and so many positive steps to follow up with, that we're excited to see what people say after the penultimate session!

In the second session of 💫 Shine Bright Virtual Groups 💫 we saw patients making positive changes to how they think, feel and behave - changes that will go on to positively impact their friends, families and colleagues.
