I alleged falsified med records in 1990. It took 13yrs for the CPS to confirm there was sufficient evidence to prosecute. Sadly they claimed it was too late!

Yesterday I received from CPS an attached addendum from counsel. It asserts there hasn't been a conspiracy by GPs to cover up Robbie's grossly neg death or by Morriston Hospital re falsified med records! 😭😭

Justice4Elsie Pls RT: James Titcombe & Peter Walsh did an informative video 9yrs ago re introduction a Legal Duty of Candour saying it should be referred to as Robbie's Law. I wasn't invited to participate.

However, Robbie's Law is rarely mentioned these days.
