🚨 The Government rejected our call for more transparency over how it decides whether to proceed with major rail and road projects.

Last week Huw Merriman MP explained why Minimum Service Levels weren’t used in recent strikes.

Our MSLs report said safety must be the primary consideration, and MSLs could only be a success if they didn’t increase industrial action.
