In a class piece of local journalism, the BBC used a statement from Amber Valley Borough Council that was FIVE WEEKS old, presenting it as the current position. AVBC is now Labour controlled. It was Tory before. Who knew? Thanks BBC Derby BBC East Midlands. Apology awaited.
