Other countries are desperate to build proton beam capability - there's an international scramble to get facilities operational.

Spain, Canada, even Russia!

The UK? 3 empty centres, with PBT at the 2 NHS facilities severely rationed.

British cancer patients pay the price.

10,000 cancer patients should be receiving Proton Beam Therapy (an innovative treatment) every year if we were to match European standards, yet it's fewer than 500.

Capacity exists to deliver a reasonable amount of PBT, so why the brutal NHS rationing?

An unequivocal failure.

Following our petition on utilising the three empty Rutherford cancer centres, which forced the Department of Health to respond after gathering over 14,000 signatures, they issued outright falsehoods.

They're either incompetent and understand nothing about oncology, or they're

COVID vaccinations should never have been pushed on healthy children.

They had absolutely no need it for whatsoever, and the risks far outweighed any potential benefits - many of us said exactly so at the time.

It's no surprise to now see trust so severely undermined.

The current numbers of patients treated in the NHS mean that far less than 1% of radiotherapy is delivered by proton.'

I watch with amazement as charities, politicians and others bemoan the lack of advanced cancer care in the UK, yet flat-out ignore three empty facilities.

High quality facilities any country in the world would be desperate for.

Yet we allow them to rot away - Broken Britain.
