Yesterday, a Blue Badge was unveiled in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, to Duncan Dallas and his partner Liz. His work to promote Cafe Scientifique - in UK, Europe, US and Africa - and her work to promote medical cannabis for MS - both deserve honour. He was my mentor for 20 years.
