We were saddened to see protesters prevent the start of safety works on Mill Road bridge last night, and threatening to repeat their law breaking tonight.

Believe it or not, but some people would prefer these jams to continue rather than introduce a bus gate on this bridge in Cambridge. Roll on the bus gate - let’s hope the construction workers can get to work and not be stopped again by car-loving demonstrators.
