Since March 2023, Unite Foundation have been encouraging universities to provide a free guarantor service for all estranged and care experienced students. We face multiple barriers to securing suitable accommodation during our degree, including the need to access a rent guarantor

As care experienced and estranged students, we face more culture shock when starting university. This was found in the recent Applicant Index report, done by Unite Students. And Unite Foundation wrote a blog post on this topic, with our views as well 💜
