It's great to see an Advance HE project highlighting #ThirdSpace professionals.

Great arguments supporting teaching-focused (academic) HE careers. The third group here is #ThirdSpace professionals who teach, lead and research. This group is often on Professional Services contracts, invisible to HESA, with little to no progression routes.
