So after a week of waiting and repeated emails to say my car is on its way. cinch call an hour and 20 minutes before hand to say it won’t be delivered, they don’t know why or when. Possibly the worst customer service I have received in years. No alternative. #thinktwice

So, after cancelling the delivery of my vehicle 1 hour and 20 minutes before the confirmed deliver, and with no real solution cinch need guiding on what they need to do (eerrr a car please) and are surprised that I am less than happy with their service and £25/day travel offer
