I've seen criticism of my books that my male characters are too emotional and cry too much, and that male heroes should be stoic. All good if you think my books are shit, but I will never support the systemic repression of male emotional and mental health. Simple as 🤷🏻‍♂️

“Fake dating” because the job posting for remote lighthouse and island keeper is couples-only and they both need the mental escape very badly and sure, technically they don’t HAVE to share a bed, because there are two, but they do. They do.

How does your MC feel about flowers? Would they be happy to be given some? Would they hate it? What flowers, if any, do they like? Ackley's never been given any (yet) but he's going to find that he likes them... specifically passion flowers What about your MC?

I had an idea in the middle of the night It was an amazing idea Solved every plot hole in my book Tied the whole series together And you know what I did? I actually wrote it down. Coherently. You may applaud me now It'll never happen again

I've been listening to Never Say Goodbye from Golden Kamuy season 3 non-stop, and will I stop? No. No, I will not. This is my life now. If you haven't watched Golden Kamuy and enjoy anime... just know that it's become my favourite

I *enjoy* writing to the point where I will happily write out three versions of the "same" book with all the same major plot points just to get different angles and ideas, and see which one I like the most (or mix and match) 😅😂 Anyone else's brain work like this??😇
