The most awaited Fellowship Programme was kickstarted at IIT Guwahati during the first Learning Block. 25 chosen social entrepreneurs from North-East and West Bengal came together and embarked on a 9-month-long unique leadership voyage with The SSE India. #socent The School for Social Entrepreneurs
Fellows’ organic trust and surrender to ethos of the programme were inspiring. Their commitment to the social purpose, business models and enterprise structuring got further strengthened by witness and expert sessions superbly conducted by Dhrubajyoti Deka Shivam Dang and Dhruv Dua
The session titled as ‘Finding YOUR Why’; designed and facilitated by SSE India CEO, Shalabh Mittal was instrumental in probing and enabling fellows to articulate their social purpose clearly. As he rightly said, “As the leader of your social enterprise, it all starts with you”.
.The SSE India did 3 days workshop for Hamari Hunarshala Pvt ltd. to enable the core team in co-creating an advanced and viable business model for the company. The training not only reinforce their knowledge but resulted in a workable plan of action to accelerate their enterprise.
