Twitter & Threads seem like the same thing. I’m not sure when I signed up for Twitter, but it was probably 10-15 years ago. I’ve also had multiple Twitter accounts. Anyway, I’ve never seen growth on Twitter, & never had much interaction. #Threads feels like it will be different.

Go on a walk every day on purpose. Just to walk. For no other reason. Even if it’s only ten minutes. Move your body. Turn off social media, music, phone calls, everything. Just walk. Take in the sounds around you. Nature, city, wherever you are. The simplest things are the best.
