Absolutely thrilled to be an accredited archive service once again!

Delighted that Friends of the Nations' Libraries (FNL) was able award a grant towards this major acquisition. The St Andrews Chronicle compreises two separate manuscripts on paper, dating respectively to c. 1511 and c. 1526, bound together in a rare early Scottish binding.

@fnl313 was one of many funders that ensured British Library was able to purchase an extensive series of letters by Elizabeth Barrett Browning. The collection of 131 letters (1846-60) are a major source for the study of her later life. bl.uk/press/british-…
