First thing I did on leaving the Civil Service - inc a stint at MoJ - was set up a direct debit to The Howard League.
#MentalHealthAwarenessWeek : Anyone who spends time in prisons knows that they are teeming with people struggling with serious mental health problems. Last month, the government released data showing an increase of nearly 30% of self-harm incidents.
