The Thames Water story is getting dirtier by the day ( pardon the pun )the CEO & Finance director getting such obscene bonus payments with dreadful performance & debts out of control. No governance or integrity

The independent review of the NMC is a familiar but depressing read .Cultures can be changed with a united & talented top team , creative & courageous HR & a belief in the experiences that staff report . This is a critical regulator no change is not an option
