The infrastructure supporting our greenwashing camera schemes which earn £15M a year for H&F Council is useless. 70% of all fines are cancelled. These fines are wrongly issued to visitors who then don’t come back to see our businesses. We call on Mark Harper to remove our LTNs

That’s where the priority should lie to reduce traffic.
LTNs by design do the opposite and increase traffic on the already busiest rds and exacerbate pollution for the most vulnerable.

You know very well I’m consistent in my LTN criticism. The crux of it is always the same.
LTNs favour those already better off (traffic/pollution wise) at the expense of others.
That’s unjust.
No matter how much social housing is involved.

Rental cars have inspections and safety checks between rentals.
